Buildings come in all shapes and sizes and our pricing is designed accordingly to be transparent and cost effective so that you may easily pay for our services from your own on-boarding fee, or by charging the cost directly to your client as a disbursement.

Our fees start at a flat £750 plus an additional variable fee depending on the number of, up to 99 apartments. For 100 flats or more, please contact us for a bespoke quote.

We we will agree the documents that are to be handed over, provide data room access to both parties to the handover, and carefully check the list of what is deposited in the virtual data room against what has been requested and agreed. We will also deal with all the questions you have, any complaints you have and we will follow up on those complaints either to TPI, if the outgoing agent is a member, or their Ombudsman Scheme, if all other avenues of resolution have been exhausted.
