No. Although we are fully fledged managing agents in our own right, we look at the documentation that there is and the duty of care we owe to you, our customers, not your Clients. Of course, if you find something that is not in order, we will happily contact the counterpart for an explanation or to request the documents that are missing or for confirmation that they will or will not be provided.
If a document does not exist in the first place, then this is something you will have to deal with as part your management services.
